昨天應該最開心?

在網上聯來聯去, 見到一篇文章說原來一年裡最開心的日子是六月廿三日, 即剛剛過了的一天: Don't Miss the Happiest Day of the Year. 網主Dave Burchett是一名基督徒作家, 父親節那天我那篇tag文也引用了他的另一篇文章.

而一年中最不開心的日子是一月廿三日. 中學有個同學是這天生日的, 那麼她不是很不幸?

這些開心不開心日子是英國一季節性失調(Seasonal Disorders)學者Cliff Arnall的說法. 還有他自己一個計算方程式: O + (N x S) + Cpm/T + He.
O= outdoor activities
N = nature
S = social interaction
Cpm = childhood summers and positive memories
T = temperature
He = holidays and looking forward to time off

Dave Burchett也寫了他自己的方程式: P (H) = BE
P = predicting, H = happiness, BE = Bovine Excrement

還有:
J + P + (F x L) + T = Joy

J = Jesus, P = Prayer, F = friends, L = laughter, T = trust. Burchett說這個方程式很有用.

看來我也要找條快樂方程式, 當然也要有J, P, 還有F = family 及 F = faith.
