減肥日記 (第二天)

經過兩星期不節制的大吃大喝, 昨天開始又要減肥. 都要在這裡寫寫, 給自己留個記錄, 好好提醒!

目標: 原本一向(多個月來)都只是想減六至八磅. 瘋狂吃喝一輪後, 要減十磅!

昨天吃了: 美心麵包一個(什麼吞拿魚), Latte咖啡一杯(Pret a Manger); 美心迷李腸仔包一個(6:00pm); 晚上十時多吃了牛肉, 節瓜, 菜心, 排骨, 小許飯.

昨天跳芭蕾舞一個半小時, 約消耗300卡路里.

今天暫時吃了: 通粉沙律一小盒, 奶茶一杯(仍在喝之中).

今晚不會上跳舞課.

記住慢慢減,節食+運動(跳舞)應該好快見效。keep住紀錄,會有多d動力﹗

Oh....

DONT EAT BREAD! actually after taking baking lessons, now I know bread uses so much butter (it's scary!) and sugar! it's not a good choice to keep fit ah! esp with "stuffing" inside- very FAT!

Also lunchon pork and "salad dressing" in the pasta salad ah!!! not good choice ah...lastly better have milk/tea or coffee without sugar. Otherwise this type of diet...very slow to slim down ah...

i know, i don't eat rice, and try to avoid carbs. but a small piece of bread is ok, at least some carbs for lunch, and no carbs for dinner (some bread isn't made up of too much butter). since i skipped breakfast, it's ok. i won't eat luncheon pork and i don't like pasta, that macaroni salad is very nice, the portion is just enough for a kid. that was what i ate for dieting and i succeeded before, so ok lah. :) won't be too harsh on myself.

Skipping carb totally will make a person down and anxious. I do take carb, actually quite a lot. (I am 165cm and weight 50kg.) So, no need to be too harsh.
