對話

想必是週末的yoga stretch class輕微弄傷了左膝蓋, 隱隱作痛. 下班後去買knee band和撒隆巴斯藥貼.

去了一間藥房找knee band, 藥房哥哥找了一會, 笑著問: "粗唔粗呀?"

我苦笑著說: 都唔幼囉!

It's a good idea to get a knee band to compress the injured part. But did you ice the knee after the injury? It is very useful and I recommend icing for 10 minutes continuously for 2-3 times a day right after the injury.

airchild: thanks! i used salonsip (cooling) last nite and now also. it helps. forgot to use ice... should try tonite. feel better today.
