多次路過見到裡面那支大吊燈便知道這裡的burger應該不是一百元下的burger. 好奇心驅使下去了一試.
門外沒有餐牌, 之前亦沒有看過任何介紹. 好像曾讀過HK Magazine提過. 事後聞說原來蔡生也曾介紹過, 說大廚是從紐約來的. 只有下層那片麵包的burger原來另有特別名稱, 沒有考究.
Burger是$180至$280不等. Milkshake每天有不同味道, 這夜是coconut, 味道不錯. $60.
叫了Portobello及Oxtail & Chorizo兩款. 坦白說, 味道頗不錯, 不過是五六星級酒店的價錢... 有人說, 去文華吃個burger不用另叫side order也不過二百左右吧. 對, 那個thick cut fries是另叫的, $40.
兩個burger一杯milkshake盛惠$550. 會再光顧嗎? 唔... 應該不會.

咁貴？我肯定不會去光顧。我在這裡吃一客很不錯的漢堡也只是十多元。

每次經過，都會望一望個廚房，不過真係太貴，唔敢食~

鬼咩~再好吃還就是burger啊。也不會變成法國大餐的。
（不過也有可能是因爲我無錢）

insane!!!!! it's just portobello and potato wedges and milk shake. i am so confident that mine will just be as good as theirs if i made it myself.
