童年伴飯之寶

看網友Uncle Ray一篇"牛乳", 說牛乳是其童年伴飯四寶之一. 哈哈. 小時候真的"無汁不歡"!

我可未吃過牛乳, 咸魚腐乳和咸旦都偶然會吃, 不過又未至於是我的伴飯之寶.

小時候很瘦削, 大人們常說我"奀挑鬼命", 不是"阿奀"便是"生積"! 要我吃完一碗飯, 沒有汁是沒可能的. 小時候愛吃鴨心, 鴨心汁撈飯是我的至愛. 另外也很喜歡母親煮的蝦醬排骨,
蝦醬排骨汁撈飯又是世間極品!

假如那天的餸菜都沒有汁的話, 我便愛用茄汁撈飯. 紅加白, 絕也!

童年還有什麼騎呢東西愛吃? 花生醬撈糖搽白麵包
、麥芽糖(齋食, 用匙羹kiu嚟食)、美祿粉(Milo)、好立克粉(都是一羹羹嚟食!)... 唔, 還有什麼呢?

有汁撈飯真係好易食完碗飯...

柯華田都係一羹羹咁食...
花生醬加砂糖搽格仔餅先至正啊~

蝦醬我食既多數係蒸豬肉...或者豆腐.

Were your childhood gastronomical choices any indication of what you eat now? Yours were pretty wild, I mean even before fusion was popular, you were doing it already, ketchup and white rice, that's some kind of fusion, right? What a combination. Eating Milo and Horlicks dehydrated in their original powder form, that was pretty cool too. You have had some fun childhood I guess.

My favorite dish was steamed eggs with scallion and dried shrimps, mixed with white rice of course.

還有腐乳加沙糖夾麵包....

小時候喜歡生吃蝦米,生吃蠔豉,還有吃草﹗腐孔撈飯,正﹗

蛋治: 格仔餅出街先有得食嘛. 豆腐, 較少, 阿媽唔鍾意食. :)

LCL: ha, never thought of that... maybe. but i don't like ketchup now, not even with fries. fusion, hahhaa! powder form sweets are so so delicious, u haven't even tried??? i hate steamed eggs, but i love fried eggs, scrambled eggs, egg benedicts... :)

阿媽有時唔得閒煮飯, 會用牛肉汁撈飯比我地食架.

我都中意一羹羹咁食嗰啲milo,ovaltime。。。
我e家食nutella都係咁。
肥死,但係好好味! :D
