美國娛樂界近年流行一個term叫EXHAUSTION. 藝人都紛紛患上exhaustion, 中文或解作精疲力盡或精力衰竭, 衰竭 - 是否誇張了一點?世界衛生組織(WHO)出版的一本ICD也列出好些引致exhaustion的原因, 詳情可看此連結. 原來每一種不同原因引起的exhaustion, 當填寫保險單時都有不同的code作分類.
不過究竟這些名人的所謂exhaustion是否都是真的? 其實exhaustion入院是有合法性的原因的, 可能是潛伏的疾病, 貧血, 腎上腺或甲狀腺的問題, 亦可能是抑鬱引起的過度疲倦.

林妹妹那句：不能講錯一句話，不可走錯一步路。心理壓力咁大，無exhaustion先唔正常。
名利如果可以選，只要利，不要名。出名太麻煩。
我後生幾年時覺得名緊要過利架... 宜家, 當然錢緊要啲... 不過有名都好嘅... :)

For the most part, celebrities exhaustion is like a bad epidemic that never ends. It's just another PR code word for my client is partying like there is no tomorrow and is high on drug and alcohol and will probably check in a rehab soon. (With the possible exception of the very slutty voluptuous lovable song bird Mariah Carey who was most likely having a nervous breakdown when she hit career low in 2001)
laichungleung: oh yeah, in the article, it said that "nervous exhaustion" and "nervous breakdown" were interchangeable in the mid-20th century... that might apply to Carey.
