同事說在超級市場買煮Mulled Wine的herbs及spices, 一兩個檸檬及橙, 和一些白糖便可以. 當然還有紅酒(cheap cheap的便可).
去年在CitySuper買了這盒(才$30左右)Aspen Mulling Spices(前後買了兩次分兩次煮, 因為expiry date是2009年, 所以一月時再買多兩盒作儲備, 怎知一恍便一年了!).
把同事的做法及下面盒上的recipe融匯貫通, 我到百佳買了$30多一支的廉價紅酒, 一盒mulling spices(CitySuper, 如上), 檸檬和橙主要要它們的皮, 也可放少許果肉, 少許果汁, 然後超慢火煮, 一直攪, 然後落糖(兩三湯匙). Cover蓋煮至酒沸便可. 包你話好味! (記緊要熱喝, 又暖胃又好味!)
也可以跟盒上recipes煮Mulled Cider, Mulled Tea及Mulled Brandy. 明天公司的小派對又有得喝了!

一D都唔啃. 視乎支紅酒, 通常都係12-13%, 但因為會煮, 加熱後根本好低, 但有D人都飲到面紅紅. 味道係甜甜地, 有D cinnamon味. 如果唔鍾意肉桂味既人可能覺得唔好飲.
try to find it in few supermarkets in sydney, but couldn't find it ;-(
u can try other herbs/spices for mulled wine, should be easier to find it in australia! ask the sales people to help find it for u. merry christmas!
