7 Stages (sadly missed.com):
  • Shock or Disbelief
  • Denial
  • Bargaining
  • Guilt
  • Anger
  • Depression
  • Acceptance and Hope

OR

4 Stages (source):

  • Accept the loss
  • Work through and feel the physical and emotional pain of grief
  • Adjust to living in a world without the person or item lost
  • Move on with life

都走過了.

多個階段, 多個關口. 有些數個月, 有些時間長一點.

痛, 是會淡化的, 也會轉化.

Thank you for letting me see this. I am not sure which stage I am in now. What I am sure though is that time will take care of the matter and heal the pain.
