每天感恩

昨天看過教會刊物中一篇弟兄的分享, 說到他曾經處於人生低谷, 但竟仍可以每晚祈禱時都數算到十件感恩的事情, 令他感到無比安慰, 亦感到神與他同在.

說到感恩, 記得前陣子在明報副刊上讀到一篇關於感恩與身心健康的問題, 文章中說到的感恩不一定是信徒對神的稱謝, 而是任何人都可想到生活中的感恩. 文章是一個心理治療師所寫的, 我已忘記他的名字. 他說到, 一個人如果可以每天都想想一天裡值得感恩的事, 這對他的身心靈一定有好處. 有研究分析, 這些常常感恩的人, 不論他有沒有宗教信仰, 感恩可以令他心理更健康, 減少患抑鬱病及情緒低落.

其實這種每天的反省確實是個好的提醒, 因為我們每遇到一些不如意事, 回到家裡, 時常埋怨這樣, 埋怨那個, 晚上"含怒到日落", 好不健康. 如果我們養成感恩的習慣而不是常常埋怨, 深信一定可以令自己開朗起來.

值得感恩的事情可以是小至上班交通順暢, 吃了個味美午餐, 打了個電話與母親暢談, 又或是下班買了一件減價的漂亮裙子. 我們習慣了被一兩件不快的事情影響了一整天的心情, 卻忘了其實當天有十數件值得慶賀的小事.

數算主恩
當你遇見苦難如同大波浪，當你憂愁喪膽幾乎要絕望，若把主的恩典從頭數一數，必能叫你驚訝主奇妙看顧。
當你掛念世事如同挑重擔，當你背負十架覺得苦難堪，若數主的恩典疑惑就消除，必能叫你快樂立時讚美主。
每逢遭遇靈戰不論小或大，主手統治一切你不要懼怕，深知主有恩典必甘願扶助，安慰引導我們直到見天父。
