Backbend

很羨慕舞者可以做到這樣的backbend. 不是人人都可以.

我腰的柔軟度就OK,但腳筋就硬到七彩~是玩Yoga發玩的,請問有無辦法可以拉番鬆佢呢?又,聽聞唔知食咩都有幫助既,有無d咁既事架..
