這個星期真的倒楣. 本來安排好去做身體檢查(檢查前要有所準備及安排), 昨天卻不知怎地閃了腰. 一向有舊患, 有點閃腰經驗, 很多時都會自癒. 以為今天會完全沒事, 照去做檢查, 然而並非如此.
唉. 昨天腰的情況是差到要走到樓下走一走, 鬆一下. 站在室內的大堂空間, 一邊看窗外的景色, 一邊失笑, 心想"洗唔洗咁多嘢呀?" 有人說: "你估你係豆腐咩?" 或許我真的是片豆腐.
坐著工作, 也不是完全舒服, 想找cushions來墊著背, 可是都給我放在高處. 要爬梯, wow, 咪攪.
於是做了一件那天說過的事: get people to do me a small favor. 找來六呎多的同事幫我拿cushions.
本周領會: 不要安排太多, 因為life always gives you surprises (OR shits happen... ) :)

可以說有點【風濕】,腰患一到這個日子不會有好受。但堅持出汗是對風濕有抑止的行為

P.S. I still don't know what 閃腰 is precisely. Sounds like you hurt your 腰?
i actually don't understand what is 閃腰 either. anyway, sound like you have a very bad back, which happened to me a few times...I wasn't able to move... and pretty freak out...
so make sure you go for a X-ray to ensure you don't have any back bone issue, 是可大可小的事.
hope you got a good physio... there are so many different type... and i personally don't find the 電料type work.
不妨 consider one of those Obus Forme for your back, not sure if you can buy it in HK, but I pretty sure HK have similar option. it gives you great support when you sit!!!
