樣貌

"Nature gives you the face you have at twenty. Life shapes the face you have at thirty. But at fifty you get the face you deserve." ~ Coco Chanel (via ladytalk)

唔... 我明白的. 沒有那些經歷, 沒有現在的樣貌. 未來的十多廿年, 便要看自己的造化了. :)

相由心生...快樂舒暢個樣應不會太差...掛!

I think Coco is wrong. It is so easy to judge when we don't know what life experiences others live through.

We see someone is fat, we immediate decided they "deserve" it. ah, so shallow.

kempton: ha, good point too. well, u r right, i do see a lot of ppl w/ happy 幸福 faces but actually they've been thru a lot of horrible times in the lives, while those who r actually very 幸福 don't look that way. :) i.e. 苦命樣未必有樣睇

I grow up reading/watching the HK news (and I'm still reading and watching HK news). Especially in the 娛樂名人 sections, all the reporters/writers are doing is making judgment. So unless we apply our critical thinking, we can easily pick up the bad habits from these reading. I know I am not immune to these kind of bad habits as it is "fun".

Agree that "苦命樣未必有樣睇", and I will extend it to "幸福未必有樣睇".

I recently watched this film. You may hate it but I love it. And I'm in the process of arranging an interview with the animator/director Chris.

Check it out and see if you find it too wired. Chris other films are online. For example, his Oscar winning Ryan is on the NFB site.

苦命 vs 幸福

I think most people are 幸福, they just don't know how to count their blessings. That's why they are unhappy.
