地頭, 勢力範圍也.
在辦公室起勢力範圍不太難, 要起得早, 要起得快. 起了, 其他人都會慢慢習慣起來, 不再踐踏你的地頭.
新人當然比較輸蝕, 因為所謂的勢力範圍, 都是前手替你起的.
一有機會搬位時, 便是起地頭的最佳時機. 亦最容易看得清那個人的性格及野心的時候. :)
