Random Five

1. 情緒低落時可以怎樣? 知道只是短暫性,很快便會過。想些令人高興的事情。避開一些不想見/接觸的人。Check out instagram and take a look at the beautiful world (plus food food ;)). 當然如果情緒持續低落便要去看醫生了。還有還有,去運動/跳舞!

2. 看看這個video。(background: Marina Abramovic and Ulay started an intense love story in the 70s. When they felt the relationship was ending, they walked the Great Wall of China, each from one end, meeting for one last big hug in the middle and never seeing each other again. 3. 這個月底還有5.48日假期可以清清,不過只拿了明天一日。和母親預祝生日,看看電影吃吃下午茶。

4. 其實人到中年最怕的是退休後的生活。希望有體力又有財力直到最後。 :) 不過也要提醒自己,神連樹上的雀鳥也照顧,何況我們。

5. 最討厭的周末是怎樣?就是沒有充足休息(又或本來可以睡個好的卻有不負責任又犯屋苑規則的裝修工人周六一早在"鑽"地/牆,最後要三次投訴加本小姐單人匹馬(男人都是迴避一下好,以免更反效果)到樓下好言相勸才可解決)。可是周六晚也一樣睡了四小時又有人打電話來... 慘到爆。
