是日午餐

其實是第二個午餐。第一個是咖喱味cup noodles。

放假數天,暫別ballet,去了上yoga。瑜珈熱潮已退,為什麼下午兩點半的課也有數十人?真的有用/效?即管玩一年看看。

如果有幸減到十磅八磅或會再上上ballet的,現在體重是十年新高,真的amazing。

yoga not doing as exercise, really can make you slim :)

yes, it is why you can be slim

and knowing how to breath is very important..

also, knowing how to stand, sit, walk....also important..

all can make you to be slim
