點解?

只穿了兩堂的Grishko canvas ballet slippers, 鞋底已如此... 許多舞者都知道, 大部份的舞室都不是一塵不染的...

很少人會留意shoe box吧. 不過近日被我發現, 我那對Gamba 97 pointe shoes的shoe box有不一樣的現象...

左鞋內有腳趾印, 右鞋卻沒有... 都是穿了toe pads再加芭蕾襪的. 何解?

This possibly shows more weight-bearing on your left side, a left-right balance issue.

It's me. Sorry I could not sign in when I left the previous message.

Sometimes the body compensates when one side is known to be "weaker". When you said weaker, there are many reasons. For example, if the left is weaker as a supporting leg, it may be because it has tibial torsion or pronation. In this case, there would be more pressure on the foot itself because the weight cannot distributed properly from left to right. It is difficult to judge without seeing you. But it's my educated guess. Does it make any sense?
