Cobra

終於發現我的low back relapse主要都是因為坐得太多(久),要多點做cobra pose及另一個strengthen low (right) back的動作來鞏固adjustment的效果。繼續努力,希望可以減少去見脊醫的次數。

我去做按摩嗰度個阿姐話,瞓覺頸要貼實枕頭,貼唔實會影響到脊骨痛,你可以研究下。

如果唔係貼實,一係買個啱高度的枕頭,一係瞓覺嗰陣墊個cushion响小腿,咁會貼實啲,我試過幾次係舒服咗,你可以試下。

Brownie: my neck is fine and my pillow is those concave type which is perfect for me. I'm just not alright with my low back :) cushion between knees? I've been using it for many years too thanks

不是啦,low back痛可以係其他地方引伸而成的,我都係瞓凹型枕頭但都係太高,仰睡最好喎,但我仰睡瞓唔舒服因為枕頭高,cushion係墊腳下面膝頭至小腿位置,如果你覺得無問題就無嘢啦。

Thanks... my low back problems are results of scoliosis, multiple minor injuries (dated back to as early as when I was 16!) plus bad postures and too much sitting... etc... I've read an article written by my chiropractor on choices of pillow too. I always only use flat pillows, mine is very flat one with enough neck support.

講開按摩阿姐,我今次條腰又出事(仲要係未試過嘅奇事)就係按摩攪成,都怪自己唔搵番用開果個(因為佢放假)。宜家我唔敢按摩喇。
