3, 4 and 5 are the worst. I didn't have a full-length mirror when I was living on campus for a while when I was in my mid-20's, and there were a few occasions when I caught my own reflection in the shop windows and thought, OMG! What was I thinking!!
On the other hand, I actually can function pretty well with a missing contact lens! As regards phone or wallet, those actually don't worry me as much as losing my housekeys. The most important thing for me is to be able to get home, especially if I had had a particular bad day caused by any one of the items you've listed. (Great list btw!)

8 >> 上班日子忘記帶電話影響不大, 因為很少用到手提電話。
6、7、9 & 10 >> 基本上未試過, 所以答唔到。
1 >> 不會忘記化妝, 但曾經忘記帶唇膏（我日間不補妝的, 只需要帶唇膏）, 只好午飯時跑去買支新的。
2、3、4 & 5 >> 幾乎難分高下，全都令人沮喪。

穿了腳痛的new high heels ar...so painful tat i hv to take a cab home after work. can no longer 係條街獻世 n pretend to walk gracefully.

snowdrops: a missing contact lens is a disaster for me!
