Random Five

1. 為了減肥但又愛吃,友人教我只要每餐都吃不飽便不用捨棄愛吃的東西。於是,經常不環保地每餐都餘下一點,沒辦法。

2. 為了省錢(嘩又瘦身又慳家真係艱難),唯有每想買東西時都問多次自己:真的需要嗎?

3. 其實不太崇尚yoga,不過join了便繼續下去,起碼至三月才轉plan。不過自三月開始yoga以來,體重雖然沒有下降,各方友好都說我清減了一點。看來真的有點效用。起碼以前完全不會流汗,現在則很容易,相信排了不少毒。

4. 不喜歡說謊話,但有時因為一個簡單的white lie而要繼續說謊來把故事延續下去,實在令人辛苦。

5. 周末和母親外遊去,家人都說我很乖女,其實可以和媽外遊是我的福氣。

I don't eat any meat and Carbohydrate food at night (dinner),around 3 months, lost 3 kgs. Only soup and vegetables as dinner.

Other meals, as normal, even coke, and junk food, snacks ....

1. 七分飽除可減肥外, 對健康也是有益的。我通常叫少一點或打包留下餐。
