喺邊度食嘢最大鑊?

其實正正經經吃一餐就最健康的了, 但都市人往往都明知故犯, 不是坐在辦公桌上邊做(或邊上網blogging/twitter/msn)邊吃, 便趕著求其吃一餐.

看網上版Newsweek一文: The Seven Worst Ways to Eat (Tip of the Week: You Are Where You Eat), 說到在哪裡吃及怎樣吃都影響體重及消化系統, 大家都應注意.

1. 廚房

原來在廚房進餐是一大忌. 尤其是站在雪櫃前, 甚至是站在垃圾桶前一邊清理要棄置的食物, 可能一邊會吃這個吃那個.

2. 辦公室

指的是那些免費食物, 都是同事們的善意, 卻往往是罪魁禍首. 一件krispy kreme起碼200卡路里. 我公司偶然也有些同事喜歡買點小吃回來分享, 不是蛋糕便是蛋撻或krispy kreme, 本來才只吃了個沙律及咖啡, 準備晚上再跳舞, 非常有計劃, 一件donut便把我的一天毀了!

3. 快吃

吃得慢的人都比較瘦, 這個差不多是定律. 我吃得快, 所以很容易便增磅, 要十萬個小心. 吃得慢會攝取較少卡路里. 所以要提醒自己要吃慢一點. 吃得快對腸胃及心臟都不好.

4. 燈光不足下進食

研究顯示黑暗中進食會吃得較多, 所以宵夜時更要小心(最好不要宵夜啦!)... 還有戲院中的爆谷是永遠不會吃剩的!

5. 咀嚼不夠

把食物咀嚼得越小還可以幫助消化及防止產生胃氣.

6. 餐廳

出外用膳大家都知道一定比在家吃飯容易肥. 一星期如果有六至十三次出外用膳平均每天會多攝取290卡路里.

7. 熒光幕前 (電腦及電視)

都會帶來mindless snacking.

美國American Dietetic Association發言人Bonnie Taub-Dix說: "Whether you’re eating in front of the TV, on the phone, while reading, at your desk, it all has the same net result. You are focusing on another activity and missing out on the taste and texture of the food. The best solution is the simplest: a sit-down meal at your dining-room table."

蛋撻同donut真係吃不得,必死無疑!!!好多碟頭飯又係死,果碟栗米斑塊飯個sause唔死呀,食扒餐又係驚...一句講哂,就嚟透啖氣飲杯水都怕肥了...=(

cosmicrays: 有研究backup架, 我信架, 其實係心理學嚟. 唔係為食咁簡單, 仲影響消化呢.

mugen c: i eat at my desk 3-4 days out of a week too. very unhealthy.

小蓓: 碟頭飯好多年無食啦, 太肥. 不過好似有人食一個月南記都咁fit噃, 點解呢???

咁唔怪得我食極都唔肥喇,自細食嘢都慢,成日俾阿媽鬧。不過大左當然都可以快啲,但係如果可以唔駛趕時間,我都係鍾意慢慢食,享受吓啲食物。^^
